The following Sections will remain in effect in the event that these Terms or the site are terminated, discontinued, or cancelled: IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, and XIII.

• Attack Collective and your agreement's bargain is based in particular on the exclusions and limitations of damages set forth above.

• Complete Agreement - These Terms supersede and replace any prior oral or written understandings or agreements between you and the Attack Collective regarding the website and are the only and full understanding and agreement between you and the Attack Collective regarding the website. The other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect in the event that any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be defective or unenforceable. These Terms may not be freely assigned or transferred by The Attack Collective. These Terms will bind and benefit the parties, their permitted successors, and assigns, subject to the aforementioned.
• Loss of Rights. Any right or requirement of these Terms that The Attack Collective does not immediately enforce will not be deemed waived by The Attack Collective. Any such right or provision may only be waived in writing and by a duly authorized Attack Collective official before it may take effect. The exercise of any remedy by either party herein shall not affect that party's other remedies hereunder or elsewhere, unless otherwise expressly provided in these Terms.
• Reservation of Rights - All rights, titles, and interests in and to the website, including all related intellectual property rights, are owned solely by The Attack Collective and its licensors. You agree that the website is shielded against infringement by copyright, trademark, and other laws in Brazil and other countries. Any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other property rights notices that are integrated into or accompanying the site may not be removed, altered, or obscured, and you agree not to do so.
